In the spirit of TED Talks, six presenters share thirty-minute presentations on a wide variety of themes pertaining to Arkansas’ criminal punishment system. Question and Answer sessions, each with three speakers from throughout the day give conference attendees an opportunity to pose questions to speakers they have heard thus far.
